Weekly Discount: $100 discount on the 7th night.
Refer a Friend: You will get one night free on your next paid reservation of 2 nights or more, after your friend’s stay at our cabin. Be sure to let us know when they make a reservation.
If your reservation is for 2 nights only, the cleaning fee will apply.
Cancellation
Prior to 60 days of arrival: Full refund.
Between 60 to 30 days of arrival: Full refund minus $75 cancellation fee.
Between 30 to 15days of arrival*: $150 cancellation fee.
Within 14 days of arrival*: No refund if the cabin remains vacant during the cancelled period.
*If the cabin is rebooked after your cancellation, you will receive the refund only for the days of occupancy minus $75 fee.
Rescheduling
Prior to 30 days of arrival: No Fees up to 2 changes. $20 each, for additional changes.
Between 30 to 15 days of arrival: $75 Fee.
Within 14 days of arrival: Not allowed (Sorry, we can rarely get reservations within the last two weeks.)
Reservation Details
For advance bookings, 50% rental fee is payable at the time of reservation. The balance of rental fee, security deposit, tax, & other applicable fees are required 30 days prior to your stay.

Pet Policy
Pets are welcome but only for the house broken and mature pets only. Pet Fees must be paid prior to arrival. Any unreserved pet stay will be back charged 2 times the normal rate. The pet owner is fully responsible for the wellbeing of the pets. Do not leave your pets unattended unless they are in portable kennels. There will be additional charges in the event the pets cause any damages to the premise, including but not limited to: chewing, tearing, scratching, soiling of the furnishings, and fleas. |
